Fix for “Error RC2144 : PRIMARY LANGUAGE ID not a number”

Firstly, if you are not using SSL for all your sites, you should step it up! NameCheap's SSL certificates start at only $9. There's no excuse!

Firstly, if you have not tried Digital Ocean's SSD Virtual Servers for only $5/mo, I highly recommend them!

This happens when Visual Studio 2010 breaks itself. It rewrites your Resources.rc and then complains that you fucked it up. Thanks. Adding #include <windows.h> seems to fix it…for now.

Resources.rc

#include <windows.h>
#include "resource.h"
etc...

Thank you! I was writing a script to generate the resource script with the desired version number, but VS wouldn’t take the generated file. This fixed it for me!
